After Covid-19 Clarborough & Welham IT Group, based in Clarborough Village Hall, updated their Windows 10 laptops to Ubuntu Linux which is an extremely powerful alternative to Microsoft's OS and is part of the global open source movement which means it is FREE!

Our one-off course will give you a hands-on experience of our laptops with Linux OS. You may be surprised how 'familiar' it feels since this OS comes from the same historical path as Apple's.

We aim to start promptly at 13:30 on Saturday 7th June and our fee is just £5.00 - payment by cash or cheque.

We aim to launch regular, weekly, classes later this year.

Clarborough Village Hall's (DN22 9LN) entrance is directly opposite the Kings Arms pub on Main Street, Clarborough (the A620 heading towards Gainsborough). The Hall itself is set well back from the road so can be easily missed when passing by. The driveway is well signed for the large car park at the rear of the building.

The Hall is a single level, easy access building making access easy even for those with mobility issues.
