Here in North Notts we are proud of our community of bakers and confectioners. There is also a growing number of vegetarian and vegan bakers whose wares are selling like hot cakes!
Many bakers can be found at the local markets and farmers markets. All are eager to offer tasting samples and to tell you their stories. The area is a haven for artisan food producers.
