Baby and Toddler Singalong and Sign is a group designed for all families, grandparents, childminders and carers with children aged 3 months upwards to come along and sing and sign (using Makaton) a variety of popular songs and nursery rhymes with us.

With links to Early Years settings you will extend your knowledge of childcare, gain nationally recognised qualifications and a strong understanding of children’s care, learning and development.

We start with getting-to-know-your-keyboard and then explore such topics as keyboard skills/document creations, file system and file saving before moving onto the online scene. Personal security comes high on our guidance programme before looking at the topic of e-mails and attachments (adding them and downloading them).

Early Years Drama (Ages 3-4) 

Join our action- packed classes. After an energising musical warm up, we join in with interactive storytelling with a new and original Debutots story each week followed with plenty of dramatic character play

Develop hairdressing, photographic make-up, prosthetics & special effects skills to open up career opportunities such as hair skill workshops, working with theatre groups & designing fashion show make-up.

Gain vital skills from a teaching team including practitioners from nursing, midwifery & social work backgrounds & take the next step towards a career as a nurse, support worker or health care professional.

Based in the magnificent and beautiful Thoresby Park, Sherwood Nordic Walking are running 3-week learn-to-Nordic-Walk technique courses delivered to Nordic Walking UK's bespoke programme. 

Our singing group runs every Thursday 1-3pm at The Well in Retford. Everybody is welcome and there is no need to book. The is a charge of £4 per person 1 child/carer free. This group is suitable for everyone.
